Proof of the election fraud

Why is Maricopa County fighting so hard to prevent audit?

PHOENIX (AP) - The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors asked a court Feb. 5 to quash a state Senate subpoena that seeks access to 2.1 million ballots from November’s election and access to its elections equipment, calling the effort by the Senate a sham.

The move comes as the Republican-controlled Senate is poised as early as Monday to find the five members of the GOP-dominated Board in contempt. They would then be subject to arrest and could conceivably be jailed until the end of the legislative session. The developments follow Senate efforts to continue pushing reviews prompted by the many Republicans who subscribe to unfounded claims that President Joe Biden won Arizona because of problems with vote counting. GOP senators say they’re just trying to boost voter confidence in elections.

Gee, why didn't you post the rest of it?

The board has already turned over a massive amount of data requested by the Senate as it seeks to perform an outside audit of the election that saw former President Donald Trump lose in the state. Republicans continue to raise unfounded claims of potential fraud or miscounts, which were rejected by a series of Arizona courts, including the state Supreme Court

The supervisors say in their court filing that while they respect the power of the Legislature to issue subpoenas and have provided much of the information lawmakers seek, it would be illegal to turn over the ballots, and allowing access to voting machines by unqualified personnel would render them useless in future elections.

And they say board Chairman Jack Sellers complied with the subpoena asking him to appear at a Jan. 13 hearing with less that 24 hours notice last month, but no hearing was scheduled.

"This case is about the limited power of the Arizona Senate to issue a subpoena commanding the presence of a witness at a hearing that does not exist, commanding the production of 2.1 million voted, secret ballots in violation of Arizona statute, and commanding the inspection of certified elections equipment by a team of uncertified laymen who have demonstrated a stunning lack of knowledge about election processes and election security," the county’s court filing says.

I challenge all of you to bring actual facts that debunk the evidence we are bringing. Not just somebody's opinion, actual facts. And spare me the whole "the courts would not even see it" argument. That is weak.
The problem wasn't that "the courts would not even see it". The problem was that attorneys for the 2020 Trump Campaign would not even present it. Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Lin Wood and Jenna Ellis would launch allegations of voter fraud and corruption against Smartmatic and Dominion voting systems during their appearances on Fox News, but when they were in court and given the opportunity to make the same allegations where there could potentially be consequences for their law licenses, they wouldn't do it. In fact, they wouldn't allege fraud of any variety had occurred at all.

Judge Stephanos Bibas, from the Third Circuit Court of Appeals (and a Trump appointee) in Pennsylvania, was openly welcoming new witnesses to be called and he was willing to hear any evidence of fraud that the 2020 Trump Campaign wished to provide. Instead of putting their money where their mouths were... Trump's attorneys passed. Their allegations of voter fraud were never anything more than theater to pacify Trump.

Have you even read any of the evidence? Almost all of what I posted are FACTS. Not somebody's opinions. It's not about Trump for me anymore. It's about saving our country. The fact of the matter is, you are actually the minority here. Almost every person I talk to feels like this election was stolen. Most people are just scared of voicing their opinions. I could care less what others think about me and I will do whatever I have to do to make sure my kids get to enjoy all of the same liberties that I have been able to have.

I personally loved the diatribe about facts>opinion and how you shore up your point with a personal anecdote about people you've talked to agree with you.

Good stuff.

Here is an established fact regarding the 2020 Presidential Election:

The only county in the United States where voting equipment manufactured by Smartmatic was used in the 2020 Presidential Election was in Los Angeles County - obviously, in a state where the 2020 Joe Biden Campaign did not need to cheat in order to win.

Are you saying that you would be sympathetic to a Democratic Party nominee for losing a presidential election and then claiming that they had been cheated with these same set of allegations? That is very hard to believe. These unsupported claims from Trump voters revolve around a bitter disappointment with the outcome. Nothing more.

The real issue is with Dominion but they have ties to Smartmatic. Dominion was used in lots of states including all of the swing states that all stopped counting in the middle of the night. I copied and pasted some of the main points but I also attached the link that's got more information
In December 2007 Smartmatic announced the sale of their Sequoia Voting Systems to Dominion Voting Systems.

Smartmatic published a press release announcing their sale Sequoia voting systems as shown in screenshot below.

Yes, if there were around a thousand signed affidavits and sworn statements alleging that my side cheated and you brought all of this evidence. Yes, I absolutely would be sympathetic. I hate all cheating even of it comes from my side.
The problem is the left spent 3 years pushing the Russia story and the whole time it was all fake and made up. How many American citizens did they get to come forward with sworn statements under oath?? How many millions did we spend on that hoax

My point was there are many more of us that feel like this then what the news media makes it seem like. Most are just to scared to be vocal because they don't want to be bullied

The two companies are unrelated. Both Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell told lies on Fox News that Smartmatic owned Dominion. They knew better than to ever make this claim in a court of law, however.

Hillary Clinton did not contest the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election. In fact, she conceded defeat the morning after the election. There was no storming of the U.S. Capitol on her behalf to try and overturn the results. You are talking about something very different from what Trump and his supporters were trying to do.

And the June 9, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower (and the subsequent lies told regarding who was in attendance and what was discussed) justified the investigation into collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials. But again, that is a separate and distinct issue.

The bottom line to all of this, is that you just can't get around the fact that these claims of fraud which you insist deserve to be taken seriously, were never made in a court of law when attorneys for the Trump campaign were given a chance to make them.

Smartmatic sold Sequoia Voting Systems to Dominion in 2006. That is a fact. Read the article and it will explain it. Dominion has tried to scrub this fact

Dominion and Smartmatic have both tried to erase their ties by deleting the original press release from their websites.

Many publications linked in Wikipedia articles for Sequoia voting and Smartmatic are now erased from the internet, but you can still use Archive.org to view them as they were when they posted the article.

Many articles correlate this, many mainstream news articles also addressed Dominion purchasing Sequoia although never naming Smartmatic as the parent company owner of Sequoia.

If you try and view the Smartmatic press release in the year 2011 on Archive.org it redirects you to Dominionvoting.com which is a clear linkage between these companies.

Once again, the two companies are unrelated... you aren't going to change anyone's mind by posting something from The Gateway Pundit. Good lord.

What is the significance of a postulated relationship between smartmatic and dominion anyway?

BB stated that Smartmatic was only used in the state of California. I stated that the issue was with Dominion but that the two were related in the fact that Dominion purchased Sequoia voting systems from Smartmatic in 2006. Smartmatic is the voting system that was used by Hugo Chavez in Venezuela

I'm not getting that from the article you posted. It sounds like the company was bought by some management group, which included the president of Smartmatic. Nothing about Dominion that I saw.

So nobody has of yet laid out a logical and fact based retort of Lindells video? I mean besides the usual drivel like “you Trumpers” or more mindless vernacular.

About what I figured. Keep on believing that old pedo Joe won.
