I think it's nuts to completely ban them but not sure where they get that LEDs are shorter lived than incandescent. I have an outdoor light (LED) that has been on 24/7 for at least 6 years. I have LEDs elsewhere in the house and have never had one burn out or pop when you turn it on

When we built our current house we put LEDs almost everywhere. Over 9 years I’ve changed maybe a handful of them out.I think it's nuts to completely ban them but not sure where they get that LEDs are shorter lived than incandescent. Does this ban mean the Barbie Easy Bake Oven will be discontinued??? You can't bake a crappy small cake with no LED bulb!I stocked up on incandescent bulbs last year, don't use them except for heating the pool pump or engine compartment of the boat. Nothing safer or easier than an incandescent bulb to heat a small space.

Dude, I have no idea wtf you’re referring to. But please refresh my memory, I ain’t skeered.

Hawk missile batteries used incandescent bulbs in radar cabinets in humid places. I went out to one site and they had turned everything off ... including the light bulbs. It took me over a week to just get back to the original problem. When my son lived here, I'd always give him a reminder when late fall came around to turn the light on in the well house. Some things just can't be replaced ... too bad government is saving us from them.
Also on a bench for a 10 day vacation when his rival opponent is indicted and his son had a close confidant testify against him and the family. The fact the the POTUS is on a public beach and nobody is paying the guy any attention tells you how unassuming the guy is. He's not popular. Do you think if Trump was on the beach or even Obama that there wouldn't be a line a mile long to try to get a handshake?
