President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

The goal is to extend home ownership opportunity to those that would be unable to qualify otherwise.

I see great similarity with Clinton’s 1995 “National Homeownership Strategy”.

Goals can have similar outcomes with different mechanics and therefore have different inherent risks.

I do wonder if those policies of targeted cross subsidies were in place under Clinton...or under which administration that found its way into the mortgaging processes?

Likewise he didn't cause wages to increase.

I'd argue he added inflationary pressures with his spending initiatives including the Covid relief, infrastructure, Chips Act and ironically named Inflation Reduction Act. In addition, his Energy policies added inflationary pressures so the whole of inflation isn't his doing but he certainly enacted policies that made it worse.

The biden energy policy might have been the most damning and destructive thing he's done, and he started it on day one. Even a tax increase wouldn't have touched as many people as increased energy cost.

I made no claim about his impact on wages.
I also made no claim he hasn't contributed...in fact he is doing exactly what his predecessors have done. Spending is all they care to do now.

What gripes me about energy is the inflation in that sector is culled out of the government's assessment of inflation. Seems ridiculous to exclude it because that sector affects all others.

Pshaw! You act like you can speak with authority on the matter like you're a college professor or something.

Joe Biden added tremendous inflationary pressure to an already inflationary environment. With eyes and arms wide open.

He gets plenty of blame. Plenty.

Anyone trying to argue otherwise is selling something.

Shock theater. Flash back

Chit has hit the fan on the Biden Crime Family activities that went on during 2020 election.
Obama said Joe always had ways to F everything up on a big scale.

You'd think but my guess is it's largely downplayed or ignored by the MSM. No front page news. No round the clock news coverage. No panels of talking heads on why this is significant.

All the things that would happen if a president with an "R" next to his name were in a similar situation.
