Thanks for the tips, I have the schematics for the unit including one for the heat strips. The breakers are good, I have 240 volts to the heat strip sequencers and the thermal fuses and elements check good. The sequencers aren't getting the 24 volt control signal to the coils to turn them on. As best I can figure out, I'm not getting the signal from the thermostat to the control board, which in turn sends it to the heat strip sequencers. It's possible I didn't check this properly, but the aux heat signal comes in on a white wire and checked it to common and had no voltage. I considered jumping the white wire to +24 but was worried I could end up frying something through a back feed and end up without any heat.
Since it's going to be warm for the next several days, I went ahead and ordered a new thermostat and a control board. The board was only $30, so I'll keep that as a spare if I'm correct and it is the thermostat like I think. If it's not the thermostat, I'll send that back to Amazon and use the board.
