He can't. Even if they have to keep him at 98.6°. Harris is unqualified in every definition of the word and we would be in a world of hurt.

Joe stepped in it when he promised a woman of color. As you said she isn’t qualified and America is at a difficult time right now, especially foreign policy wise. I believe if something did happen, Susan Rice or even President Obama would be shadow presidents for VP Harris.

That is quite possible. Have you noticed he is never interviewed by the MSM? Quite odd considered Biden served as VP under him. It appears to be a no comment relationship. Interviews could expose his role in shaping policy. We know that policy has been an utter failure to this point.
