I hope that's all it is, but seems to me this is more of a move by the apparatus minions behind Biden that trot him out there to throw up these trial balloons, gauge public sentiment/support and then figure out how they have to repackage it down the line to make it palatable. Biden will be gone soon enough, but the infestation of Marxists and Socialists within the D party will remain along with their ideas for confiscatory economic policy.
