Well that would indicate that our efforts to reduce food insecurity aren't working very well wouldn't it?

Given the cuts to snap, one would presume a change in the trend going forward.


Probably not a change to the trend that the administration cares to have a report on though.

Different tribes making decisions over 30 years.

I think there are many programs meant to fix problems rooted in choice/behavior. I don't know if any are effective.
War on poverty, drugs, etc.

I think teen pregnancy has been falling over the years. That's a good thing.

This is a poorly constructed graphic. Two colors in the legend and multiple colors on the map. and why the yellows in Texas?

It's an interactive map, the link if in my earlier post. Those counties in Texas are yellow because they are some of the few places where SNAP covers a 'moderately priced meal'.
