Ssssshhhh, don’t confront her with actual facts. Libs are allergic to thoseDown 2.2% from last month and 9.5% from a year ago......................
Gas prices are down from last year. Here's where they could head next.
Finally someone hits the nail right on the headAll along I’ve agreed it was stupid for trump to lie about it. However, of all the people so far that have been found to have classified documents in their possession, a former President is the only one with any remote legal argument to have them. All the others had them illegally regardless of their level of cooperation in returning them.

· President Trump will be making a major televised “announcement” from the Oval Office Friday!!
noon est
I wonder where he would have gotten the idea???
Completely unrelated, but we have a social media problem in this country. Patel certainly isn't the first to do it, but why make post like he made. Running the FBI isn't a reality show. Just do your FN job.
A former Senator/VP with decades of info, didn’t lie because it was discovered in a photo after Trump. He wasn’t honest either. Derp!Well, Biden had some in his garage, didn't lie about having them and returned them when asked to, that's not what Trump did.

Sealed notes shed light on Trump's alleged efforts to hide classified documents
Donald Trump privately expressed concerns that turning over potentially classified documents in his possession after a May 2022 subpoena could result in criminal charges while repeatedly engaging in what prosecutors have described as an effort to enlist his lawyers to lie and destroy documents...abc7ny.com
As much as it's a problem that they had these documents in unsecured locations, for Trump the crime was in lying about having them, and conspiring to keep them in spite of the request by the national archives to return them.
So basically you are more interested in taking a shot a Trump that acknowledging that they way we handle classified docs needs updating. Also, the article you linked said Trump was afraid that the Biden administration would try to use the docs to go after him. It is sad that he was very likely correct.Well, Biden had some in his garage, didn't lie about having them and returned them when asked to, that's not what Trump did.

United States Code Title 18, Section 1924 does not exempt the president after they leave office.
Again, had he not lied about the documents and tried to keep them, he could have handed them back to the National Archives, and that would have been the end of it.
It helped him become President again so it seems to have worked out ok.That's me doing nothing of the sort, but it is Trump basically admitting that he knew there were classified documents present, and that he was both possessing them and storing them improperly under the law.

Trump was also warned that the consequences were that a search warrant would be requested, and executed to get the documents if he kept willfully disregarding the subpoena.

Yes. Hence my saying “remote legal argument.” The President can unilaterally declassify info. That was the argument of the MAL documents. If he had them in his private possession, they were by default declassified. I’m not a legal expert, and I don’t really care. But none of the others found to have documents even had Trumps argument to stand on. Not Clinton. Not Pence. Not Biden.United States Code Title 18, Section 1924 does not exempt the president after they leave office.

Got to remember @evillawyer is still having to come to reality that Trump is President again. She is a lawyer also. She is part of the Liberal Elitist that would do anything to keep her place in society. They tried everything to stop Trump from winning again. Her party is losing voters like crazy especially the youth. They have no platform but hate Trump. The only thing she can is post her clips and change her avatar to look like Trump to make herself feel better before her glass of wine to fall asleep in a empty bed because no man would deal with her for the rest of his life
24 hours in today’s information space is an eternity. No one can afford to allow their opposition to take unanswered pot shots at them for a full day.Funny you say that, I was just thinking earlier that anyone running in '28 should vow that they and their team will let ar least 24 hours pass before posting any social media reaction to anything.

With a population of 48,000 that would put the per 100k per capita at ~10.4
That’s 54.9% lower than the current 2025 run rate for DC.
Just stay down @swampfoxfan
