President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

No but it is.
I'll ask again. What makes you think the Christian Jesus is against immigration law and the legal implementation of national laws? And what about you should we consider makes you an expert on the Jesus that isn't Lucifer's brother (i.e. Joseph Smith's different Jesus)?

Why is due process in our constitution?
To prevent the government from making arbitrary decisions on rights and freedoms

Fair legal proceedings that insure the accused are heard

To insure individuals protection from government

That's what I got off the rip. Very procedural in this context

Same page.
Is the government (via immigration departments) depriving illegal immigrants of live, liberty, or property?

Yes. They're called illegal immigrants, and they should be deported.
The original statement was that "undocumented" workers are useful.

The response was that "undocumented" workers may be useful, but we can't guarantee they are safe.

Swampy seems to want to either infer that some of the undocumented workers are likely safe (which misses the point spectacularly), or that some of the "undocumented" workers were documented at some point, which both misses the point and expands the conversation beyond the "undocumented" workers that were in discussion.

No. But they must allow them to present why they shouldn't be removed. For example if they are a citizen. Not saying they are. But they have the right to be heard.
If due process is there to protect citizens from restrictions on life, liberty, and property, and the government isn't restricting those things wrt illegal immigrants, why do they need due process?

It's not just citizens afforded that right for good reason. If the cops declare McDad an illegal and refuse to allow you an opportunity before a judge you are screwed. They made their decision. Non citizen has the right to offer their side.

It's there to protect anyone on US soil (minus diplomats). The question is what does due process look like for someone suspected of being in the country illegally.

It's amazing how good the Republicans are at getting people to vote against their own economic self-interest.

Lies. The tax cuts help me out and still are being middle class. The no tax on OT is a game changer. My employer loves giving us OT because they can run less routes

I'm still wondering what they are going to classify as OT. Some companies pay OT after 8 hrs in a day, is double time included for those that have that in their employment deal?

Can I set my normal work hours at 30 hrs a week then pay myself quadruple time tax free for the next 10-20?

When i asked was the government restricting life, liberty, or property you responded "no". Correct?

Perhaps I misunderstood. They are preventing liberty if one isn't provided the opportunity to defend themselves. Once they have been afforded that opportunity then no the government is not restricting liberty.

On my paycheck it shows my 40hrs at my pay rate then it show my OT hours with my OT pay rate which is time and half which about $70 an hour. I would assume the OT part doesn’t get taxed on my check and my 40hrs will.

Which of the three is the government denying illegal immigrants?

IMO the first step in due process for a suspected illegal would be proving they are here illegally and affording the accused a chance to prove that they are. Once that is done I would say that they have been afforded all the due process they are entitled to.

Yeah, that's easy. But there are many who get OT before they ever hit 40 hrs.
