Through the first three matches, Jamie Vardy has already scored four penalties. Just for some perspective, only seven clubs in the entire EPL were awarded more PK’s than that in the entirety of last season.

Also, the new VAR penalty rules continue to be an embarrassment. How anyone can make an argument that a penalty being given for a player being hit on the back of the hand/arm while he is jumping is within the spirit of that rule is beyond me.

GG. That was a nervous one. Liverpool are still the best but Arsenal has cut the gap big time

I think Arsenal played ok at some times, and mediocre in others. Playing from the back still scares me to death. We make lots of mistakes and give the other team lots of (free / easy) chances.

I probably would have preferred Ceballos start. I think he gives us a much more creative midfielder than someone like Elneny. Oh well.

Think we play Liverpool again Thursday (Carabao Cup), so it'll be interesting to see how many changes are made in the two team's lineups
