Fire the whole defensive staff. Fire half the offensive staff. would try to keep Chaney if he can do Heupels style of offense, he did put up points when here with Kiffin and Dooley but make him coach QB's too. Keep Graham he is TN blood and can coach rbs. Not sure about Tee though. I haven't been real happy with WR but that all could have been because of Pruitts offense and JG inaccuracy.
If Chaney can get on board he is a good coordinator and if Heupel calls his own plays then that gives chaney more time to work with qb's in game and to help Heupel look for tendecies during the game. The only person I would really really try to keep is Graham. Everyone else if they can't get on board with his offense then they need to go.Heupel calls his own plays. Chaney does not recruit. Why keep Chaney?
We may need AHC or Co-OC titles to sign up good position coaches, like Heupel's OL coach from UCF.
Some have stated their contracts are voided if they are given another position. Unless that applies to the HC only. IDK myself. How does that apply to Ainsley?
Yeah, I was talking specifically his contract as DC. How it is affected if he drops to a lesser position?Ansley is supposed to be a real good defensive backs coach and I think Pruitt over rode some of his play call decisions when Pruitt was head coach.
I don't know about Tee based on (unproven) comments here about his attitude and not getting along with Pruitt. How does he feel about working for Heupel? I know he's a former Vol, doesn't lock him into a job though.

Can he refuse, get his buyout and go somewhere else or accept and get some additional compensation for his DC contract being reworked?
