Possible OC Candidates

Scott Frost go get him! His salary is only 368,000.00 compared to Bajakian who was making 480,000.00. PAY HIM AND GET HIM HERE!

No thanks...let's see him be successful with a QB other than Mariota first. That team is loaded with talent and it's Mark Helfric's system Frost is just a figure head.

Current Cincinnati OC and former Vol coach Eddie Gran

If I remember correctly, part of the reason Eddie Gran left UT was because he was more of a family guy (current staff at that time was not family centered!). Not only would he fit in great with Butch's culture, he was a dynamite recruiter (especially in south Florida). I have not kept up with how he has done as an OC, but character and work ethic is definitely there.
:good!:

It's Chip Kelly's system...and he isn't there...sooo?

I like the idea of the QBs coach at Notre Dame. Up and coming coach and a good QBs coach. Also either OC on the Arizona staff is fine as well.

My criterion is this: He'd better be good. I do hope Jones checks out some of the better collegiate offensive coordinators. This IS a big hire. Your coordinators make or break you. We learned that the good way with Cutcliffe and the bad way with Sanders.

CBJ's offense is a Brian Kelly/Rich Rod mixture.

Go get one of the Arizona guys and let's start the track meet.

I keep hearing people say Frost or the OC's at Arizona. Just a question, does it bother anyone that none of those guys are probably calling the plays? No way frost is calling them in Oregon, and Rich Rod is probably making the calls in Arizona. Would we rather have someone who is proven to be calling the game?

Should we be worried about Bajaklan taking some of our coaches with him if he goes to CMU. Also which is it? CMU or Tampa?

George Quarles is a great offensive minded coach, he has been the head coach for the Under Armor All American game, and has had a few stories written about him being the most winningest HS coach of in the past 10 years... He has averaged 14 wins a year over the last 10 years.. Considering they only play 10 games.. That's averaging a perfect regular season and at least 4 playoff victories... I think he'd make a great OC

What in the world do high school victories have to do with being the OC for a school in the SEC? Just curious...

Whoever it is I think it'll be somebody who runs the current offense. With hopes of winning the East this year I don't think CBJ will be wanting to change schemes

It's Tampa. Coach Azanni is the one rumored to CMU I believe. I don't think you see anyone follow to Tampa, but you could definitely lose some guys if Z heads to CMU and offers promotions.
