People keep talking about bringing Gaston Moore back, but as far as I know, he is out of eligibility in FBS.

No he has another year, his 6th. Covid season ‘20. RS in ‘21. They could go pull him off the street if he was willing.

Listened to a couple short videos on Aguilar on the drive to work this morning.

Consensus seems to be a gun slinger but not the best arm. Fearless. Can make fast reads but can be prone to throw in double coverage. Also played with what one video referred to as “trash cans at receiver.”

Really hope we bring back Gaston and tie him to Aguilars hip.

Looking forward to the QB competition this fall.

Fast reads is what we need. And throwing with anticipation rather than playing scared, which is another thing I’ve read about him.

I am all for it. If he throws for 38Tds and 15INTs, we will win a lot of games. Our defense is good enough to hold us in any game. That was Joe and Nicos problem. They didn’t have the mental side down and held the ball too long. They didn’t want an INT and weren’t good presnap. I hope Aguilar is good at the mental side.

Eh, I don't he was worth getting too excited for. He would have been a depth guy and not someone we expected to start. The BYU kid is our primary focus at WR right now. Someone like Rahkeem Smith from Bowling Green would be better addition than Hurry, imo.

Williams was a 5 star and has good speed and size. They need to be knocking on his door.
