I have us at 79 now. So we can bring in 4 and still be at 83

So I wonder if we can technically have 85 now since the NCAA has set a 105 limit? The 85 limit is SEC enforced, but the 2 scholarship reduction is set by the NCAA. If my math is right, 85 is less than 103.
