"Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Bradley Cooper, Sean Gunn, Vin Diesel, Pom Klementeiff and Michael Rooker all signed an open letter addressing the issue and calling for Gunn to be reinstated as the film’s director. "
Also known as the Pile Of Idiots.
I've read all of the tweets in question, and while some of them are very offensive, they don't make him a pedophile, anymore than Donald Trump's poor attempt at humor on the Access Hollywood video makes him a sexual abuser of women. This is selective outrage.

There are a million inappropriate jokes. Watch the Aristocrats. Should every comedian in that movie be black balled?
True, in a legal sense, he is yet to be convicted. But that isn't the only def of a pedophile which is best defined as a person who has a sexual attraction for children.
Now I understand that people can look at the same thing and walk away with two entirely different impressions but anyone who reviews this and doesn't classify Gunn as a pedo has a serious case of morality glaucoma.
Like Rosanne Barr? You do realize that some people like to shock others by saying completely outlandish things, don't you.
Pedophile or not, do you think it wise for Disney, a company whose bread and butter namesake is tied to kids entertainment, should employ someone who makes such sick and disturbing comments?
There were 100 comedians that appeared in The Aristocrats. Many of whom have worked for Disney. Should they all be blackballed? These were remarks made several years ago by Gunn. Disturbing, yes, but I think that was probably his intent.
Like Rosanne Barr?
Those people are also wide open to the professional and societal backlash.
First, you claim Southern states are hapless and helpless to the point of an eternal inability to function without California. Now you defend this creep. Not that it means anything, but there's no more money in the account of my respect for you.
Not defending Gunn's tweets but it's not unlike what you see on either Family Guy or South Park. There was an episode of South Park many years ago that focused on kids being molested by their parents... Mr. Garrison's feelings were hurt because his dad had never molested him.. He felt left out of the sympathy everyone else was getting. To make up for it, Garrison's dad sneaks into his bedroom one night and we hear "Oh, dad! How could you?" Sure, it's twisted and not for everybody but still, it's an attempt at humor - nothing more. You do realize that some people like to shock others by saying completely outlandish things, don't you.

Well then, he accomplished his goal. He disturbed nearly all of his current culture except (his fellow?) pedophiles and a smattering of Florida lawyers. You should be happy for him instead of chastising the culture for being disturbed, or telling us how exactly how we should be disturbed.Rosanne made the comment in the present. And yes, people do get held accountable for their tweets by the collective outrage of the recently offended. Controversial statements, regardless of context or time, are now selectively frowned upon.
If Gunn is a pedophile, I think he should be tossed into the deepest darkest hole. However, these comments don't prove he is a pedophile. Do I think his tweets were in poor taste? Yes. My hunch is that they were designed to be disturbing and not to be some window into his life.

Play stupid games, get stupid prizes. I hear his daily planner has been cleared off. I bet you could get a lunch date to ask him about ___ on his own face to infants and then tell him how unfair it is that a kids entertainment company fired him over it.
