Lol it's clear that you just argue for the sake of it. Imagine sticking up for a guy who had sex with underage minors up to 50+ years younger.

There has to be a line set somewhere. I am completely okay with the 18 year old line. I'd rather not change the age of consent because some sick freak would lower it to 14. If we take this to the logical extreme because it seems like most ideas end up there, are you okay with a 32 year old banging a 6 year old because you're blurring lines that can end there.

Btw Barr has a thing for putting pedos in jail:

It isnt the same. Some states still allow young teenagers to wed with parental consent.

My grandmother got married at 14 or 15. Some states still allow such with parental consent.

I'm guessing that was at least 60 years ago though, right? That sort of thing used to be common, especially in the south. One of my grandmother's sisters married when she was 15... but that was in 1938. Times have changed.

I don't think anybody is arguing that the age of consent should be changed. I'm saying there is a difference between a 4 year old and a 17 year old. I don't know where the legal line should be drawn between children and adolescents and when it becomes a worse crime, but there is a clear biological line.

I know you're not advocating for that. I just made the extreme example to point out why there is a line. Making that line fuzzy can make the 6 year old giving consent thing legally viable.

I don't understand why "Desiree Mills (Dez)" in the tweet, thinks this is "frightening". Anyone can edit WikiPedia. If a Trump supporter doesn't like what is on there? They could literally edit Jeffrey Epstein's bio themselves to say that Epstein, Bill Clinton and Harvey Weinstein had an orgy with the Olsen twins back in the 90's. People only browse WikiPedia for general information, such as someone's age and whether or not they are married, or even still alive. Nobody goes there for significant details beyond that, unless they are being a little lazy.
