Don't jinx them!! :ermm:

Excellent game tonight. What a comeback. GO COLTS!!:dance2:

I agree!! :salute:

Hey, don't you guys see this as a SEC championship? Grossman was a Gator and Manning was a Vol. I hope that Manning can take care of a Gator!:yahoo: Go VOLS!!!

Dungy in by means won this game. Defense played like crap, and that's his responsibility. The offense is Peyton's. Dungy doesn't do squat with it and that's a good thing. Dungy won the last two games. Peyton won this game practically by himself. Seriously think about it. The recievers played like crap at times, the entire defense got blown away, and the O-line and tons of breakdowns. This one goes to you Peyton.

The defense stepped up when it really mattered and got that interception in the end. That's all that matters. Last time I checked, Dungy is the head coach of the Colts, and they won, so I'm thinking he had a little to do with it.

He can't win a championship if those two are in the same stadium.
LOL! No, we just need to keep Spurrier out of the stadium! Interestingly enough, Peyton & the Colts are the cover story on UTsports.com!

Well, we know how the UT vs. UF games go. Hope it's not the same way it went when Peyton was in college.

I HOPE not. The Colts are a better team. Peyton is a better QB than Grossman, I hope the Colts' defense step up!!!

I'm gonna be praying for Peyton. He deserves a Super Bowl ring!

I don't think Peyton will have any problem outperforming and winning against Grossman. Sure, he never beat UF, but he never played against UF with Grossman at QB.

LOL. very true! well, at least we appreciate Peyton as a Vol. Gatorzone.com has nothing about Grossman (well, just a little).

ROCKY TOP - Go Vols!:eek:k:

Grossman is better than any UF QB Peyton has played against.

Give the Bears the credit they deserve. They knocked off a very good New Orleans team. Not many people were giving them much of a shot against them, but they put the spanking on them.

The Bears have a great D, two great RBs, and Grossman hasn't lost many games for them. He's a weak spot, but for the most part, he's gotten things done when he needed to.

Kind of like Peyton even against the Ravens. He didn't play up to par, but when they needed him, you'd see him convert on 3rd down--something the Ravens couldn't do.

And by the way, I loved seeing this for Petyon! I don't think there is anyone in the NFL that works harder. He deserved this, and he and the rest of the Colts played their heart out tonight. :dance2:

And if you wanted to see the opposite of classiness, you just had to see Bellicek. The man looked like some homeless guy, wreaking of cheap liquor and with chicken grease all over his clothes, mad at the world after that game. It was almost amusing to see the reporters scuttle out of his way after it was all said and done.

Dear Lord, please forever grant us a coaching staff that is far more gracious and humble in defeat... Just not a good example for his players or a good representation of a great organization...

A number of VOLS have started in the big game, although Peyton is the only one I can think of at QB.

Deon Grant, Darwin Walker, and Charlie Garner all come to mind in recent memory as starters. In fact, our UTsports.com official page has a pretty neat stat in that at least one former VOL has played in every Super Bowl since 1992, and in 30 of the last 41  .

Don't Reggie White and Willie Gault both have rings? I'm pretty sure they were starting.

Cedric Wilson also got a ring last year.

O+W=H you are right, Lovie is a class act and congrats to him!

I guess Tom Brady didn't want to shake his hand. :eek:k:
I saw when Belacrap didn't want to shake Peyton's hand at the end of the game but I didn't see Brady act badly. Did he?

Peyton always acts like a gentleman - even after heart wrenching losses.

I don't think Brady shook Peyton's hand. He can do what he wants, but if he failed to shake his hand and just ran off the field, I think that is classless.

Brady shook Manning's hand. Manning referenced that in his press conference and in other interviews.

I'm just happy that I can look forward to the Super Bowl this year since there's a team I'm interested in. I think the Colts vs. Bears is an interesting one.

Yes, maybe he can add a Super Bowl win to his 1997 SEC Championship.

Grossman never won an SEC Title.

I was referring to the BIG ONE at the appropriate level.

Obviously ich ben ein Bear in two weeks because of Grossman. Also because Chicago is my favorite big city in the U.S. But Manning is a great talent and if he wins it I'll be happy for him.
