I agree with everything expect for a few points. Durant had the right to go wherever he wanted too that would be a better fit for his play style. However, choosing to go to the Warriors (73-9) record that is, who beat you in the Western Conference Finals with 3 Superstars, doesn't scream "Champion" to me.
He's easily the 2nd best player in the world and you take the easiest path to a ring? That's not being competitive to chase something you want in life.
As far as Peyton goes for joining the Broncos, he didn't really have a choice. Peyton wasn't getting any younger and he knows it. He made the right choice to go to a team that he would feel was best to win one last Super Bowl ring with what he had left in the tank which wasn't much.
Peyton is truly a classy guy who was obviously joking with Durant at an Award Ceremony. Durant took it the wrong way but honestly, I think he knew he made a weak move in the NBA.
