Peaky Blinders - Netflix Original

i see both points. they could have added something more to fill some of the gaps, but at the end of the day, i didn't have an issue with any of it. to me, it made perfect sense that Tommy would have someone already on the island, and they did build up the Shelby mole in a couple of episodes. and the way i took it, and this could be completely wrong, was that Billy may not have even been totally aware he was being a mole....but anyway....he was. he got set up, and they resolved that issue.

and i loved the ending. this is by far one of my favorite shows ever.
Billy was approached by Nelson who notified him that "you work for me now!" So he was aware. That's why the IRA knew every move the Shelby's were making against Mosley at the end of the previous season. Whoever Tommy's mole was they imparted that Finn wasn't 100% loyal...extra useful tidbit.

Came here to say a couple of things:

1. Peaky Blinders, The Immortal Man was very solid. Great way to wrap the story.

2. Looks like Barry Keoghan will carry the Shelby mantle into the spin off series. Excellent choice.

3. Rebecca Ferguson is sneakily one of the most attractive females in all of Hollywood.

That is all.

Edit: Looks like Keoghan is getting axed in favor of Jamie Bell. I don’t agree with that decision at all.

Jamie Bell is the new Shelby, not Barry

The movie was not good and should not exist. The series ended perfectly.

I corrected myself in the edit.

I do agree the series was a master class in how to properly end a show, but I thought this kind of “bonus ending” to finish off Tommy’s story was enjoyable.

I need to get around to watching the movie. The first time that I attempted to watch it, the subtitles weren't working, and watching Peaky Blinders is damn near impossible without some closed captioning on standby.

It felt extremely rushed and Barry Koegan really had nothing to do. Huge missed opportunity.
