We got some wise people in here so I thought this would be a good place to get them answered

My mom and grandma said it all the time
“sore than a risen” Anybody know what a risen is?

Unfortunately, I found out what my parents meant by "say it again", or "do it again". Ironically, they weren't really giving me permission to say, or do it again

Lol no but you would have rather her make a sandwich. Only grandma I know that couldn’t cook

My father in law always had some great sayings......"Grinnin like a mule eating briars", "If that don't cut your rear end off",
"Chit in one and in wish in the other and see which one fills up first", and there were some more Great ones!! He was so
much fun and I really miss him.
