Those dam pac 12 wusses need too mind theyre own business. If they want to start mouthing off then they should come play real man football not that yankee spread stuff that wussies play like Lame Kitten.

I think the SEC did kind of wimp out with the 8 game schedule. I would have liked to have seen 9 games. It would have been easy to do.

you know, they act like the SEC forced them to play a 9 game conference schedule. They decided to do this themselves and now they are complaining that the SEC plays 8.

what a bunch of asshats.

Yeah. It'd be nice to make it so that teams across divisions could play near complete home and homes more than every 12 years. A nine conference game schedule at least allows for it a bit better.

(And I know as soon as I type this, someone's going to chime in with that silly, overly complicated "roommate switch" theory.)


That and it's better for fans to see another SEC team rather than another Arkansas SW State A&M on the schedule...especially at what tickets are starting to cost.

Plus the whole LSU complaining about permanent cross-divisional opponents won't go away as long as we stay at 8 games.

:lolabove: I may change that on NCAA on xbox. i always make Big 12 Blood & guts division. But this is great! You get a like from ole DeepSprings.

I think this is an interesting subject. It raises a lot of questions.
1. How important is it that an athlete play against every school in his conference during a four year career?
2. How often should fans see all members of their conference as opponents. Imagine a small market conference team like Vandy not playing a high profile team like Alabama at home but once every decade.
3. Probably one of the biggest advantages of playing 8 conf games and 4 OOC is that if you schedule four cup cakes all you have to do is go 2-6 in conference to become "bowl eligible".

They are probably pissed cause now they may have to play an SEC team with the new SEC rule. If we went to 9, nobody would have to schedule one of those out of conference games.
