Orangeslice13, a blessing to those around him…..Again

Because he’d take the advice of brick masons for how to buy jewelry.

Instead you seek the advice of those who know the topic
That’s why Christos can’t teach Jews about Messiah. They literally don’t know how it works within the law

Take advice from a brick mason to buy jewelry?? I'm sorry you have such a low opinion of me and my biblical studies.

The entire Hebrews is covered with errors that don’t exist in the rest of scripture.
We are charged to be like the Bereans and test the letters so we know they’re true.
Hebrews 9:19 gets nothing right. It cannot be scripture
Ok prove Hebrews 9:19 wrong. You made the statement and accusation now back it up.

And where does Hebrews claim that the definition of sin changed? I never got that from reading it.
Hebrews misunderstands the law and calls it worthless.
Messiah is the word of G-d. He claims to be the way the truth and the life. That is also what the Torah claims.
Calling the law worthless is calling its phsical representation worthless.

goats are not used at covenant ratification

Exodus 24:3-8. The blood was that of "oxen"; goats were not involved in the ratification of the covenant at Mt. Sinai. This took place on the day part of the Sabbath after the ten commandments were given the previous evening (Sivan 6, 1632 B.C.). The day was Shavuot.

Water is not mentioned in ratification of covenant
Wool and hyssop also not mentioned.
the book wasn’t sprinkled.
and 21 mistakes blood for oil. All factual errors.

That's not what I took from it. Paul himself teaches us that the law is given to show us our need for a savior. To show us we are law breakers.
Now concerning righteousness, Christ is the end of the law to them that believe! I'm no longer under the law or the condemnation of it as well.
So to the believer the law is profitable to live by practically speaking but in no way shape or form will it save me nor keep me saved.
Now compare Hebrews 7 speaking of Abraham and hope to what Paul said in Romans Chapter 4. Salvation has always been by faith in Christ! Always has been, always will be! The old testament folks looked forward to Messiah and the cross and we look back at the cross.
So I see no harm whatsoever in the statement.

. I'm not so sure about that. And just because something isn't mentioned doesn't necessarily mean that it didn't happen. The Holy Spirit was there and he is there author of the Bible ultimately. So it's very reasonable to think that more light has been shed on the subject here. Besides there is much more scriptures to sift through concerning the law of sacrifice.

I agree that inspired works are of G-d.
We’ve been charged to test all things as the Bereans did.
Errors are present and obvious so it’s not scripture.
I’m just not willing to gloss over those mistakes.

sure it does. right there beside Enoch and the rest of the books the council didn’t want included. I’d rather decide for myself.
So you believe that it is inspired by the holy Spirit then. Gotcha

Do you have any evidence to support the bereans rejection of the book of Hebrews? Just curious

I didn’t say I thought it was inspired. I’ve seen the errors slice talks about long before I came to volnation. I just believe I should have the option to decide for myself as should you and everyone else.

Since you believe that Christ replaced the law, do you also think the Bible replaces Christ?
Christ fulfilled the law, not replaced it. Lost people are still under the curse of the law. They will be judged according to the law that they break.
Christ's righteousness is imputed to the believer. The believers sin is therefore imputed to Christ which he paid for on the cross.
If you are going to accuse me of something, at least get it right...😁

I was careful not to accuse you.
