It used to be Orangeslice13. I had it changed because I was going threw some stuff. (Changed it on all the message boards I visit) when I got past that stuff I changed back to OrangesliceXIII everywhere but here. I tried to change back here but Freak hates me.

I learned a lesson about posting what I know in FF a while back so I don't do it.

Having said that....here's what I just heard.

I've got a buddy who's son is a 3* recruit. They are out of state. He has money so he will not be receiving a scholarship but be a preferred Walk on where ever they go. Tennessee is in his top 3.
CBJ told them yesterday (in response to a question about his future) that he (CBJ) was not going anywhere till he retires or is fired. He spent most of his time selling our fanatical fans and told them the fans should be mad and expect championships from the Vols.


It doesn't sound like CBJ is looking to leave and if he is he's at least still recruiting.

I have totally expected as much the whole time. Who would willingly walk away from that kind of money? Now if he blows it next year, I don't doubt they fire him. There are a lot of folks in the FF running wild convinced he's fired, leaving, or gruden is coming!

He's really not walking away from it. The B1G schools, on average, have more money than a SEC school will. The TV deals are better. For this reason a school like Purdue could offer a similar contract. It's just on his agent to secure the golden parachute in his contract.

That being said, it's not a smart move for Butch. The most frustrating part about him is how correctable all the problems are. Get out of your coordinators way, replace DeBord with Helfrich or Gilbert if you can get them to listen, and stop being just a douche in the media.

That being said, the fact we are having this conversation is telling, and you still might be faced with a DC problem after 2017.

Shoop might be fine with his assistants and a healthy defense, or we might see a replay of this year.

I've also heard that CBJ has hired a consultant to help him with the media and fans. Could be why we haven't heard from him. He's been told to stfu.

To be fair.....that's a list that never changed after I first posted it. You should probably be on it.

Edit: there are several missing actually. People I've met and hung out with. Arky is one of those people too. Not to mention Crompton
