Nope, don’t get a lot of football players in my department, never had one in class, heard someone say they had a kicker once. I have had a baseball player and a fair number of swimmers, rowers, and soccer players.

Once had an athlete who got a B in my class, few years later they received a torchbearer award, the highest award UT offers. In their award description, it actually said the student received an A in every class except one, felt bad about that one…

Lipcius and Walsh would’ve been fine (aerospace e). Once saw a Georgia player return a kick for a TD and the graphic said he was a chem major. Thats the closest to glory so far.

I wouldn’t say “ends up with her” but she is a romantic interest and he sends her that painting that’s worth a ton of money. She’s also an accountant. She does not show up in the sequel but if they do a trilogy she may come back.
