How is NIL not a violation of Title 9? That rule states that you can't spend more on men than women. If your athletic dept is giving out $20 mill in NIL money to male ath;\letes, don't they have to match that for the females?

NIL is market driven and provided by 3rd parties (Collective, donors, businesses) and doesn’t come from University funds.

I hadn’t realized that fact! I’ll work on getting my picture up there if I can find one so I can be appropriately identified….

Thank you for the good wishes on my knee. Surgeon has promised me it will be 100% better than my first one 10 years ago. The advancements that have been made in just 10 years is crazy. Most importantly, they don’t cut your quad muscle anymore. My quad completely shut down the first time. Bottom line, in 90 days, it will be just fine. Hope to be playing golf soon-if we ever get rid of the ice up here

I'm not so sure about that. What about that ticket surcharge that Danny White was pushing to fund NIL? I agree the funding is murky but the university is clearly involved. That's a Title 9 problem IMO
