C-Lo, I just bought 2 growing boys new baseball gear and you don’t even want to know what it cost! Hell, one of them is only 5! And the 11 year old now wears a men’s size 11!!There is something to say about baseball getting so expensive that Americans who could’ve been great just chose to play basketball or football instead.
Bats were $150 or so when I played. High, but not insane. They’re $400+ now. Ridiculous. Being left handed, my gloves were more expensive too lol. I have no idea what handedness had to do with pricing but whatever
I haven’t played in over a decade but when my daughter was born I preemptively looked at everything I’d need for her to play softball in 5 years. It’s insane. You have to truly love the sport, and pray your kids do too, to play it nowadays.C-Lo, I just bought 2 growing boys new baseball gear and you don’t even want to know what it cost! The sad thing is they are growing so fast, we have to do this every year.
I had to get the 11 year old new stuff just from fall to spring, he’s growing so fast!!

I even thanked my dad afterwards because I had no clue it cost so much![]()
Eh I don’t care. Hogs will probably end up losing the game due to a below average offense. They have the pitching but they don’t have the hitting imo. 10th in the conference in hitting, 11th in home runs, dead last in hits, triples, next to last in slugging, OBP, runs, RBI, doubles. Sooner or later they are going to have to hit. They can’t just rely on that pitching all year.Arkansas pitcher with 9 K’s through 4 2/3rds
make that 10 k’s through 5….wowowowowow!
Just reporting on his great outing…not the team…he is a damn good pitcherEh I don’t care. Hogs will probably end up losing the game due to a below average offense. I never rule out any Sec team if they host regionals…even a mediocre Kentucky made it out of regionals hosting last year…they could possibly navigate all the way to the CWS…but they would have no shot of winning it with these offensive performancesThat may be the case but they won’t make it to the Supers with that offense. They can enjoy him once a week while we make a deep run![]()
