I agree about both statement’s because both are true.
While pool hustling isn’t illegal, it can’t be called moral.
If a bar really isn’t a healthy protein bar then it’s intentional false advertising if it’s advertised as a healthy protein bar , and it’s undeniably immoral.
Those are examples of using intentional deception to make cash.
I assume because you do give valuable information to the buyers instead of just pressure a customer to buy a car, and repeatedly state any strengths.
A car salesman can be a satisfying job if the person can sell cars, and gets to state valuable information about the car including weaknesses and strengths.
