I'm right there with the Gator hate, probably despise them more than any other team, although bama and LSU are close. The Vols beat the gators in football the last game before I started here and proceeded to lose the first 11 games I worked here. I thought the administration might figure that out and fire all staff who started that year.

Yeah I remembered those two. Couldn’t remember if they had beaten us in women’s basketball during this down time. I know we are currently on a 5 game winning streak in baseball, 9 out of the last 10, and haven’t lost a series since 2018 😎

I met Aunt Bev a few times and she did seem a little nutty and aloof. She was no Donde. She was not deserving of the bizarre and unusual scathing termination letter she received though.

Also, I go all the way back to Jimmy Cheek and even Loren Crabtree. Football was definitely not Crabtree's priority.

I just remember that when you talked to Jimmy Cheek 1-on-1, he had the same approach and mannerisms as when he was giving a speech in front of a crowd.

There was also President Di Pietro. When a colleague and I first me him, he looked at my buddy's name tag and said: ooh, my last name ends in a vowel too...

Yeah, that letter she got was confounding. I mean it was just cruel. He must have had some kind of baggage related to all that mess.
