I mean it’s a great job if you have zero aspirations in going to the Power 4. Probably the best Group of 5 job in the country considering the Louisiana talent. They are going to have to find an alum at some point that will want to be there for their entire career.

It's actually a great position if you wanna get boosted to the P4. Recruits aplenty in Louisiana and Texas. They're right in that it's probably the top G5 job available. Competing with USF. They're just gotta have that mindset. Rather have the best coach than a loyal coach. Having both overlap would be a miracle.
