Yep. Just another reminder that we live under the harshest of injury curses. I've said it before, but just take the one or two guys in any sport that we just can't afford to lose and wait for it to come.

Its crazy when you see those names and go back for the memories only to realize just how long ago that was. Guys like Naumoff, Kiner, Seivers, Scott...geez. How fast it all went by. Worse yet....seeing how the game and game experience has changed. Where's the Doc and his Delorean when you need him?

We were at that '89 Cotton Bowl. The Cobb-Webb duo was as good as it gets. Chuck's combination of speed, power & 'moves' was unmatched. He just didn't like to go to class.

He was born too early. He'd have been a perfect fit for today's "college" game.

I never heard a correct answer on this. No interview was made about asking
the talented RB that question. He never said "bc I love UT & Coach Majors".

If I recall, that was the John Cooper era in Columbus. I think he made the right choice
