It'll be a sad day tomorrow (Monday) for America. I was at work having breakfast watching the TV set when two suicide Boeing 767 planes hit the Twin Towers in NYC. What was to be a 30 minute break turned into an all day TV watcher. That morning (9/11) was on a Tuesday.

Yep, a day that is burned into my memory. Stunned to watch what was unfolding and my mind was racing, wondering what was coming? I couldn’t wait to get home to my family!
I watched a show last night about it and I’m not gonna lie, I cried when the firemen that survived, were retelling their story. My 10 year old sat down and watched it with me and he looked at me, didn’t say a word but I could tell that even though we’ve talked about it before, he finally understood, through my emotion.
