Okay. So, anyway ....@knoxvol52 @chuckiepoo
I want to toot my own horn.
I posted a Jersey countdown this morning for the soccer season and the university has never done one. A few hours later, they posted one.
I think they read Volnation.
This is a family site. Toot your own horn in the privacy of your own home. Didn't your mom ever tell you that will make you go blind??@knoxvol52 @chuckiepoo

I have a membership to a gym but if you have an adjustable bench with a dumbbell set then that’s really all you need. I am using the intermediate workout on this page, sometimes I substitute other exercises, like if I don’t want to dips I will do a different chest exercise like flys. Personally, I prefer the push/pull method of working out so this routine breaks it up into that for me:

I wonder what ever happened to this chick (waitress) on this episode on Seinfeld?
She was hot back in the 1990s but kinda like disappeared later on in life.

Awesome to hear brother! The intermittent fasting does help according to the science. I looked at that a few years ago and it makes a lot of sense. From what I remember reading, your metabolism doesn’t really start until you intake something other than water essentially. So that means not even coffee in the mornings or else your metabolism is started for the day. It also helps if you consume smaller portion meals throughout your 8-hour period but during the work week that may not be ideal for most people. I’ve been eating a lot of salads with grilled chicken in addition to those protein shakes. Probably about the best thing I can consume on a daily basis to keep my protein intake up and my calorie intake down. Cutting out the sodas is a huge deal. That alone will make you start to feel better.Yeah, I lost some weight as well, through a combo of efforts. First off, my wife suggested intermittent fasting, where you try to limit eating to an 8-hour window during the day (I do ~ 11am-7pm) and then 16 hours off. I was very skeptical of this, but does seem to have had an effect.
Other than that, try to exercise as much as I can each week in the basement, with treadmill, sit-ups, planks (after listening to Stache talk), some lifting, mountain climbers. It helps when I have good shows to watch while doing this, like white lotus!
Also, VP I seem to recall you complaining about your mom drinking too many sodas, and I was probably guilty of that as well. I’ve cut down on that quite a bit and drink more water. Plus, I discovered kombucha (humm brand), which tastes pretty good and is more healthy. Been keeping that routine up for a while now.
If they have no plans to extend Bichette then it would be best for them to trade him and get some good compensation imo.Jays could move Bo Bichette for a couple of nice utility players. I believe their pitching staff is just fine...
Edit: Don't believe Jays will extend Bichette after giving Guerrero that huge contract ..
