I sit back w/my arms & legs crossed listening to music & I'm worry free.
I've gotten to where I know there's nothing I can do about the situation & let it be.
My blood pressure is a lot better in that space than me getting all worked up about something I have no control over to begin with. In my younger days, I'd stay mad all the time about those things.
