And the real tragedy is that half the books weren’t even colored in yet. Lord help me I just (mis)used a Spurrier joke.

Bubba went to Alabama on a full ride. He was an excellent running back but a poor student. At graduation, he did not have enough semester hours to graduate. Since he was a star football player, the student body held a rally and demanded the dean give him a diploma anyway. They were so insistent that the dean agreed and said he would give Bubba test and if he passed, he would graduate. All gathered in the gym on the big day - the dean asked Bubba," What is three times seven?" Bubba stood there speechless but looked at his fingers and then down to his toes. After about 5 minutes, Bubba looked around the gym and smiled and said I think I know the answer. "Three times seven is twenty-one!" he said. There was a groan from the stands and then dead silence, the dean was glancing around in shock. All of a sudden, a chant started in the stands, "Give him another chance! Give him another chance!"
