Keep hearing University hasn't given him the resources he needs for coaches he would like at Oklahoma State. If true he may be playing under a bit of a handicap with pay limits to Assistants. These days the top OC and DC will cost over a million dollars. I don't know if any of this is true just something that has been posted.

Big 12 doesn't have a conference championship. Not really fair to judge the man based on that because of the way they crown their "champion"

They also have 9 conference games a year.
