Yeah he's a typical gator fan.... all marshmallow on the outside, acting like they are the worst football team since the inaugural Tampa Bay Buccaneers, yet somehow they are always sooooo disappointed when they lose their first game. Bama fans might be arrogant, but gator fans exemplify a hubristic fan base.

I'll take 2 SEC wins in UGA & Bama. No where in the OP does it say you have to take a loss to either OU or Florida so i'm not even gonna think about another L at home to Florida. I hope we look better against the real OU this year than we did last year against the Nike Fighting Ducks, I think this year's Oklahoma team will be better than last year's Oregon so if we could just be close in the second half for a little while i'll feel better about UT going forward.

Do you people not understand?

Florida is TERRIBLE this year. Our QB can't throw. Even if he could, there is no one to throw it to. We have no receivers. Our offensive line has been awful for half a decade, and shows no signs of getting any better. We have decent -- not good -- decent running backs, but with no blocking for them and no passing game to distract, you can pretty much tee off on them and be successful.

Florida will score in the teens with its very best effort this year. So if you can score 20 against them in any given game, you're a winner.

What those of us who aren't delusional about Florida understand is UT loses to Florida no matter what the circumstances are, no matter how good or bad either team is. UT is 0-9 the last 9 years vs Florida and we still have a ton of holes to fill. Virtually all of our SEC talent is composed of freshmen and sophomores.

Your crap players will have the game of their lives against us. They always do. I saw Driskel lose to Miami last year because he was so bad, but the year before that he played like a Heisman contender against us.

I mean good grief Tyler Murphy looked like the future of Gators football when he came in against us last year, and he was awful. He was so bad he ended up getting replaced by Morningwood.
