Official UT vs. Ducks Game Thread - 7:00 EDT - ESPN2

Rain would help us. That option cr*p in the rain is just fumbles waiting to happen.

But ---- it does rain a lot in Oregon.

You also have to remember that it will hurt the defense just as much...the ball carrier knows where he wants to go and can cut when he wants to, the defenders are left guessing and sliding if he tries to cut back too fast!

it's starting to calm down outside now. i'd say no longer than 15 minutes and they'll be alright to play.

It was fairly obvious this was going to happen looking at the radar before the game...

This delay sucks. We haven’t even got to see their offense and they’ve seen ours on two drives. Now they go back and circle the wagons, calm the guys down, and get to re-adjust with two-drives worth of information. We have to go back and try to keep up the intensity.

Maybe we can go in and work on our red-zone (or near red-zone) offense. Sure would be nice to have 10-0 or 14-0 right now! (But I'll definitely take the lead!!!)

Funny they are worried about the players getting hid by lightning but the fans, about 50 ft higher in the air are fine :p
