Pre-ordered it and GH3 3 months ago. Played it (RB) a little bit yesterday at Wal-Mart....sweet. If your play GH I think it will take a little time to get use to the RB guitar. The fret buttons were NOT raised and the lower set of frets were very close together. Didn't get to play the drum because some azz had already broke it.

Here's some info on the DLC pricing and release schedule....had to add some MS points today.

This review just got me very, very ,very fired up about this game. I'm going to have to find a way to buy it.

Best Buy in Knox had a bunch. Might not be there this evening, but probably half of their 50 or so were still there at 10:30.

Well........... I got to the store today at 10 to pick it up, and then we headed to Park West due to a family member have surgery. I just now got home at 10:40p, and noticed they gave me a PS3 version. :crazy:

Should have 2 or 3 people over tomorrow at lunch to play this. Will be interesting having all of us play at once.

Been playing a lot of guitar solo tour. Gone through about 40 of the songs on Hard. While overall I think it's easier than GH3 on hard, there's still some tricky parts.

Drums are a bit tough for me right now. Need more practice.

Grabbed the Metallica tracks but haven't played them yet.

Well, me and some of my buddies played for about 12 hours. WOW. Only thing I've noticed is you have to have all band members present to play. I just want to unlock the songs to just play. Not really interested in a career mode. I did pick up the Metallica songs, along with Roxanne, Juke Box Hero, and My Sherona.

I almost bought this at Bestbuy last night; had the box in my hands. They had a demo running that I wanted to check out before buying it.

Well, it decided to die right as I walked up to it. The guitar, drums, mic- nothing worked. The kid working there said the game was fine about 10 mins ago.

I viewed this as a bad omen, so I decided not to drop the cheese on this game right now.

We've played for hours now and my 9 year old kicks my azz at the drums. I tried using the mic for about 5 minutes and decided I'll NEVER use it again. I love the new guitar!!

Well I gave them a call and they set my 360 copy to the "side" for me to pick up later today....

I played this at my friends house last night and today and it's freakin' awesome. I'm getting it for Christmas!:rock:

I'm probably going to RMA mine. It seemed off first time I tried it. Strum bar was pitiful. Hit like 70-80%. Switched to the Les Paul and hit 90+% on everything.

I'd like to get a working one. It looks cool and I'd like to try the sound effects and solo buttons.

EDIT:
So, I went to the support website. Very nice. Created an account. Selected a bad guitar strum bar. Clicked to get a new one. Give them my CC and they 2-day air you a new one with pre-printed slip to mail yours back. You have 28 days to get yours back to them before you're charged. Sounds fair enough to me. They even give you the tracking number and rma number instantly on screen once your finished. Took all of 5 minutes.

I hear that the strum bars don't "click" like the GH ones. Has this affected anyone??

Smokey - I'll let you know if the replacement coming is any better. I think I tried 3 songs total on the new guitar before going back to the Les Paul.
