App State is better than many realize. I hope the guys don't come out flat or it will be interesting. App State could finish 4th in the SEC East this year.

I don't know about that. As has been noted before, since that Michigan upset, APSU has lost every game it has played against a P5 school by an average of about 30 pts per game. They might possibly upset one of the lower SECE teams, but if they were in the SECE I don't see them going through the schedule that an SEC team goes through and managing to pull off more than maybe 1 conference upset. The only reason they upset Michigan is because over half the Michigan team was stoned and hungover from partying the night before the game because they didn't take APSU seriously. But that upset means that APSU will never sneak up on anyone again.

You can't always just look at the score. Clemson won 41-10 last year, but the game was much closer than that. Clemson was up 3-0 at the end of 1. App State started to drive the ball down the field well and Lamb threw an interception inside Clemson's 15. Lamb then went on to throw 2 more interceptions within about 5 minutes. Without those 3 interceptions, Clemson would have won by a couple of scores.

App State is as good running the ball as BG was throwing the ball last year and App State's defense is much, much better than BG's.
