Official Nashville Predators Thread

Welcome to the ignore list, only #4 in 5 years here. Absolutely intolerable...

As for everyone else, anyone who has been, or will go to the games in Nashville, thanks for being loud all the time.

Off topic, but I admittedly don't keep up with other teams in hockey, even a little, like I do in college football or baseball. With that said, Holy **** Edmonton. If they land McDavid, surely they can begin to sniff the playoffs?

You're talking about Craig McTavish and an owner who is star struck by the heroes of his younger days. Until they clean out the front office and bring in hockey guys instead of the crowd they've got there nothing positive will happen. Worst run franchise in North American sports, and that's saying a ton.

As a side note, Connor looked like someone had just ran over his pet beagle after Edmonton won the lottery.

It's easy to take your word for it, I was talking to a life time "die hard" New Yowka at work last night and he was telling me these facts about their consecutive lottery picks.

When Lavy inevitable wears thin in Nashville, maybe he can go there and use his magic to presumably win a lot of hockey games.

Rinne doing his Chris Mason impression with the 5 hole today.

Find that 3rd goal, and keep it within one going into the final 5-6 minutes.

Another OT, a few years ago I was driving to Huntsville once a week for a skating/hockey 101 class, where they essentially guaranteed in 8 weeks you would be permitted/qualified to participate in their "stick-n-puck" sessions and beginners scrimmages.

I was the first person, in a class of 10, to be able to complete the course that requires you to go forward, backward, and side to side....individually

It's funny but infuriating, I never could STOP. I couldn't loosen up to trust the skates at an angle I guess. Final 3 weeks, 6 totals hours, "Henley, if you can learn to stop within these cones....you're done". Never could...I loved taking faceoffs too. At 5'5' and always have been flexible/agile. I could damn near smell the ice and stay on my feet lol

Continue on!

Seth Jones is a better forward than a defenseman and it isn't close. Kind of an issue.

Defense in general has been pretty rough today but Rinne hasn't helped out. Third goal was especially bad.

He's made some awesome saves, and a couple questionable misses.

We've played well enough to win this series if we can steal Game 4. I'm pretty pessimistic about Weber being back for Game 5, though. Any updates?

I was out of town over the weekend visiting friends but i managed to catch both games. Poor Pekka can't make a save without his glove...
