Official Major League Soccer/US Men's National Team Thread

Oops. Wrong place. I think Nashville is in 2nd in the East, now. Logjam right behind 'em, with some teams playing less games, but that's a good thing, right now

I believe I may have made a tactical error. The middle school here needed help pretty bad finding a coach. So I volunteered to take the gig. Turns out I have a 26 kid roster for 9v9 girls soccer. They all have to play every game. Im going to have to do either a hockey line change system, a full team platoon switch, or see if the league will legalize me to run a 6-10-6-4.

Yikes. I think my starting point, without knowing anything about my players, would be something like a 4-3-1, 4 defensive squads (2 per half), 2 midfield squads (one per half), and 3 strikers (30 minutes each).

It’s like prison soccer match with that fence, to keep the players from trying to escape.

I’ve missed CONCACAF away qualifiers. Prison fence? Check. Cow pasture field? Check. Host federation using cameras that rival those of a 1990’s middle school A/V department to televise the game? Check.
😂 cameras are definitely giving off 90's middle school A/V department vibes.

FT: An important point on the road. We go again on Sunday vs. Canada in Nashville.
