This was earlier, but just getting around to it.
If reports are true that Gruden has purchased a house in Knoxville, you dont think when that gets out the national media will be all over it.
It will become an all out freight train blitz of questions in national media. It would be too coincidental for any reporter worth a darn to not address with JG directly.
Even if its only for Cindy, the Negagrudes would have to admit that a house buying in Knoxville is significant enough to entertain Jon Gruden to The Hill.
Apparently I haven't been clear. I believe that I could convince a jury that Jones was at the very least negligent with regard to Brett's health and maybe even acted with reckless disregard for it. Is it a slam dunk? Nope, but it's sure as hell not as tough a case as you believe.
I never assumed a stupid jury or an incompetent opposing attorney.
Your view on this is that the head coach could not have known. I disagree to the point that I believe he should have known or actually knew. Furthermore, Wells will not say he intentionally disregarded his training. He will say he didn't know. This will become a finger pointing exercise between defendants with Jones accusing Wells of lying and Wells saying he didn't notice anything. If you believe he didn't know anything then Jones did not train him properly. There are two theories of liability that give me a decent shot at Jones.
Your defense of him is baffling.
Exactly. They're fleecing the entire fan base and they know it. Could probably fund the entire stadium reno with the money that's going to disappear out of VN's pockets as a result of that bet.I saw it. Its on there, but you can only bet yes. If they had some inside info this was actually going to happen, you think they would have a no option for all the money they could pull in.
