Ainge said he'd entertain cash bets from confirmed people that Gruden WILL NOT coach at the University of Tennessee.
The thing that's worrisome to be is that if Gruden has to be courted and convinced to take the job, doe he really want it? I would think if he was "all in" then all these seemingly small potatoes type things wouldn't matter if he really wanted to be coach at UT. If we land him, I hope he heart is truly in it and it isn't just about money, control, etc...
what does that have to do with anything? The same fanbase of the team that gave him his start in coaching? The same fanbase that his wife was a cheerleader for? The same fanbase that his own son is a part of?????
Makes complete sense Ainge! Hope your "mutual friends" don't pass that info over to JG. Because he's making him sound like a total douche canoe
At least we've moved from "no chance" to all of this.
Per Beaver, who we are all hanging on as the truthsayer in this process, Gruden already agreed, and we just had to get everyone else on board.
So, if you believe that (which I do), then his bit from TOS sounds like more like a controlled narrative change than what actually happened.
I mean, either case is fine, since the end result is Gruden to the Hill, but just putting that out there.
You might have given your personal percentage, but whats your feel for this happening? Looking for some positivity today.
Little off topic but if Gruden is hired before the Signing Day Period, do you think he could flip Trevor Lawrence or Justin Fields considering he has his own QB camp?
Recruiting wouldnt take much of a hit as some of yall think.
Well, good sir, I wish you well in the wars to come, but kindly, with all due respect....GTFO! Dilly Dilly!
