Butch has had 5 years to fill the roster full of his players in order to run his offense. Plus he's went through multiple coordinators and had the opportunity to hire numerous coaches. Instead, in Year 5, we look the worse I've ever seen a Tennessee team. Even when we have struggled over the last few seasons, Butch has had the opportunity to hire people that could help, but he hires a RB coach to coach our QBs and promotes a "yes man" from within. Further, he continues to make the same mistakes again and again. He will not learn. I am completely shocked that anybody still defends Butch Jones. I used to defend the man, I held on as long as I could, but he just does not get it. He is not a football guy and he is in over his head at Tennessee. I no longer feel sorry for his $4.2 million per year making ass. We have given him chances and plenty of time. He is not delivering on his side of the deal.

What we are witnessing is not growing pains or just bad luck. We are just a flat out pathetic football team that is poorly coached. In Year 5, we are at the bottom of the P5 in almost every major statistical category. People have come and gone, what is apparent is this is Butch Jones' team and he is the problem. His offense does not work and HIS offense is currently ranked 126th in the nation. We will never win big and consistently as long as Butch Jones is at Tennessee. The icing on the cake for me is how Butch refuses to accept responsibility for our problems, instead he continues to embarrass us and make us a national laughingstock, make delusional statements on our football program's progress under him, and puts the blame off on our players. He honestly thinks he is doing nothing wrong and that his offense works. We are a joke under Butch, and we are a joke for not have firing him by now.

Please bring me Gruden. Hell, bring me anybody other than Butch Jones. I hope something happens or we get some credible news soon.
