We gotta get this to XXIV.....

From the Book of the Orange Prophecy. Chapter 13: Verse 5-9: The Re-Awakening

Verily I say unto thee, when the Grudites reached 4 and 20 threads in their holy quest, The Grude took mercy upon their soul and became that which destiny had foretold. The 4th coach beyond 20 for the Tennessee Volunteers. Thus began a time of great strife for the Tuscaloosa Luddites. The swamps of Florida were dried unto powdery sand, blown to the 4 corners of Gainesville. Athens was fallen, sacked and all the talent in Georgia was stolen away. Volunteer Nation rejoiced and ascended unto the college football playoff. The Grude saw this and The Grude was pleased. Thus did The Grude sign a raise and extension after winning 5 and 10 games in one season.

The writer's opinion is wrong, He said every time Tennessee need a coach Gruden's name comes up, that is untrue.... Tennessee talked with Gruden the last time and apparently it fell through..... Unsure if it was Tennessee fault or his, I have read two different accounts.

I was told all the obstacles that was there during the first account have been removed. I was not told a name but Gruden was implied in that statement, at least it was to me....

All I expect from Currie is that he make Gruden tell us NO this time, Don't let it be the AD's fault.....

Unsure if we get him, because simply NO BODY every really knows what Gruden will do, but also believe we will go after him.... we may not hear about it if he says NO quickly but I have been convinced we are going to ask.......... I hope he agrees

GO GRUDEN or go home!

Would you give up his job to fly around the country 10 months out of the year sitting in mom's and dad's living rooms trying to convince them to send their son to your school? Sometimes your doing this after playing a football game the day before or your trying to get ready for this week's game. Then you get little Johnny and you have to worry about boosters and others screwing up what you have my getting your program nailed by the NCAA. You'll be coaching in the toughest conference in the country and your West rivalry game every year is against arguably the best program that's existed to date that seems to be pretty much set on cruise control. Finally, you have to have the patience and temperament because it'll take 3 years to get past Butch Jones mess he left you. No thanks, I'll just keep flying first class from Monday Night city to Monday Night city prepping for my next broadcast 15 times a year, collecting my multi-million dollar paycheck, and as a result everyone will always think I could've turned around this or that college program. Plus, I have summers off. I can't lose! Bartender, can you top that off for me?

Using that analogy I could say Gruden built the team that he played against in the super bowl...... So maybe he beat himself..... hmmmmmmmmmmm

Evident you haven't read this thread...... there are NO sightings here, there is speculations just as there are in the other threads and the only BS I ever read is when someone with your opinion decides to post!

It's a great day to be a UT Vol!!! GBO!! That said up and walking, bowels unlocked. took a Gruden To Tennessee as HC Rumor, and then cleaned my Trolls Perpetrating Gruden Rumor so all in all it's gonna be a great day!!
