Nobody has told me a name, but they have all said the money is pledged and any issues that would keep from happening have been couched. They are apparently going big this time.

Honestly, that is the totality of what I know in a nutshell. I said yesterday that it's unlikely we hear anything about Butch until sometime after Bama...but he's gone.

It's also mentioned in that article that he at one point was very determined to become a college coach. Who knows, maybe instead of looking at the number of hours he CAN'T spend with players practicing has been turned from an obstacle into a challenge?

Lol but I thought you leak misleads...No bs I appreciate your actual inside knowledge (aka the fighting rumors). So it sounds like Gruden is a candidate after all, that's nice to hear. You and lws I can count on

ESPN may lay him off.

In all seriousness, the Times Free Press story on Gruden was very close to truth last time out. The state run media and his agent worked with the powers that be at the time to squelch it after things broke down in hopes to avoid a major crap storm for the eventual Charlie Strong hire that turned into the Butch hire.

My source at the time was a long time friend of mine with a position that granted him first hand eye witness access to know who was interviewed.
