Why would you come into a GRUDEN thread to talk about another coach..... snowflake?
That’s like going into a basketball thread to talk about Lacrosse.

I am being dramatic, and I know a lot of us have fun with this and like to connect the dots any way we can, but he knows the fanbase looks at him as a candidate for the job. Regardless if it is realistic or not, he could at least say he is not interested to give the fanbase closure. Instead, he continues to give cryptic responses or stoke the flames.

And the fact that we go from the likes of Gruden/Petersen/Gundy/Leach to Morris/Steele/Pruitt/Venables pisses me off even more. I'm not saying the latter cannot be good coaches, but we are not in a position to take a chance. We need a proven winner who can get us winning again and restore some hope back into the program.

Gruden has trolled Tennessee too much. Not cool. He will be forgiven if somehow he is our next coach. Otherwise, he is simply a prima donna.

Sorry but all this hoopla over a comment during MNF. ESPN most likely told Sean to find a way to mention the Tennessee job during the game just so they could the use all the tweets and message board talk to continue to bash us for pushing away Schiano “because the delusional Tennessee fan base only wants Gruden”.

How dare I even mention the name of other coaches that are being considered? How dare I even come into this sacred thread and utter the words Steele, Miles, or Morris? I come into this thread because I want to find any little hope for Gruden that I can. Jerks, such as yourself, make it less enjoyable. Yes, it’s a gruden thread, but if you’re going to get pissed because I mentioned a coach not named Gruden, then you better be ready to call out a whole lot more than just me. I’m done responding. Gruden is my hope. I’ll shut up and go back to lurking.

We really need a home run hire, but it really feels like we are headed for an underwhelming hire, but we will console ourselves with a few of the coordinator and position coaches.

Sorry if you thought I was directing that comment to you, I'm not sure what you specifically posted. I'm talking about the new people that stop in here for the 1st time doing a drive by without realizing what the Gruden threads are all about. I have no clue what you posted that you assumed I meant you.....sorry if that was misunderstood. And snowflake at the end was disrespectful, I didn't misunderstand that.
