That's a big turnaround for you. And you nailed it.
From my perspective, it's not really a big turnaround on my part, at all. It's that the "Movement" keeps shifting in its goals, and I--while initially shifting with it--at one point stopped moving along, planted my feet, and started asking questions.
I carefully read the Board of Trustees by-laws, to educate myself. I war-gamed, in my head, ways that the "Movement Leaders" might be trying to wrest control from Haslam. And I posted my questions on this board. You can go back and find them, Mike, they're there.
I haven't gotten any answers. I'm standing here, with my feet planted, the "Movement" has shifted so that I'm no longer where it is, and I'm still waiting for anyone who truly knows to explain in detail what the plan is, what result we're shooting for and how we expect to get there, and how it will give this program long-term benefits.
Short version: I didn't turn around; I just stopped turning along with the movement.
