Not sure if you answered this but if your theory is true, why not just fire him now and save the university the embarrassment?

Already answered.

His direct lies and actions in bad faith on behalf of the University are being repaid with assisted career suicide. His resume is being razed and sowed with salt.

You would be better off having someone in IT check Currie's email and see what is in there. It isn't hard.

Either way the person would be hailed as a hero and not have to worry about employment issues. And they’d be easier to “flip”. Actually surprised big boosters haven’t tried that.

What are your thoughts on Davenport?

In some ways I believe she’s on our side (like the janitorial services & possibly not signing Brohm’s deal ) however I’m on the fence with her

You weren't addressing me, but based on the handful of times I have witnessed her speaking in public, I wonder how she could have ever landed a job as a Chancellor at a prominent University.

In other words, she probably didn't have the highest SAT scores.

Hopefully the whispers of Currie our tomorrow are true. It would be just in time for an announcement of an HC before the SEC Champ game Saturday for media attention like we heard weeks ago.

I hope so as well, but we cannot let up in our calls to the president and chancellor to insist that Currie be fired first.

I am concerned the Haslams have something up their sleeves.

Don't they always? Likely have several moles in with the group of boosters too. The university comes 1st, not personal agendas. JH simply doesn't get football and how important fans are. We've been patient but he takes it as weakness.

Lots of people suck at public speaking. That's not really a good indicator of her competence to be chancellor.

Not at all in the dept or university. I do tangentially know some people. No one has told me anything, but tone and verbiage lead me to believe that dipietro is on our side.

I posted about this yesterday, I think, time is becoming blurry. I personally exchanged emails with Dipietro's assistant after getting what I thought was a canned response. The context and content of which led me to believe they were on our side.

I like it. I find it hard to believe but at this point, I’m believing everything. Except that deer guy. That’s Kiffin trolling. 😎

That didn’t really help answer my question however it did make me laugh
