Already answered.

His direct lies and actions in bad faith on behalf of the University are being repaid with assisted career suicide. His resume is being razed and sowed with salt.

That's seems a little out there to me. The whole CFB community can see he needs to be fired, but he keep him and publicly grudgef**k him?

It may be 100% true and I have no reason to doubt you. Just seems suspect to me.

You weren't addressing me, but based on the handful of times I have witnessed her speaking in public, I wonder how she could have ever landed a job as a Chancellor at a prominent University.

In other words, she probably didn't have the highest SAT scores.

Supposedly, from what i was told through local conversations behind closed doors she is pretty astute and quite the politician.

I posted about this yesterday, I think, time is becoming blurry. I personally exchanged emails with Dipietro's assistant after getting what I thought was a canned response. The context and content of which led me to believe they were on our side.

Glad to hear another person is getting that feeling.

Deerhunter, I promise that if your info comes to fruition you will receive a nice Christmas gift from me, you can let me know where to send it. And you can count on it!

If not, you better f****** run and hide and consider yourself warned, got some money and got some time so I have no issue making it my #1 priority to seek you out, so you understand where this guy is coming from!

That's right...the pit of misery would be too hospitable for the plans we have for trolls

Not sure if you answered this but if your theory is true, why not just fire him now and save the university the embarrassment?

I would say that if it hasn’t happened in 24 hours, it probably won’t happen. That isn’t inside info, but I think they have everything they need to move now and don’t see why they would be more likely to fire him if they haven’t by tomorrow.

One if by land...2 if by sea. What's the signal for airborne? Parachuting in?
shoot if by chute? I fired a signal shot in the air. there's no lighthouse even standing at this point, the whole town is all but burned to the ground. our hero will save us and rebuild like he rebuilt the lowly Raiders into a Super Bowl caliber team under Crazy Al. If anybody can manage that under Currie, it's Gruden

1.No. away too risky. but maybe i'll do that afterwards. still not sure. maybe I'll just continue with this account from there on.

2.I'm told by the end of the week.

You can email it to Freak, and he can verify whether you're full of crap or not. Then you don't have to keep defending yourself. :)

I think you are confused on what I’m referencing. Our stand, truly, started the moment Schiano’s name was mentioned. I apologize, I assumed that was apparent. Since then, we’ve won every battle. Do you not feel that way?

Well, you will speak from your own perspective, certainly. I must speak from mine.

For me, this did not start at Schiano. This started the day Butch was fired and Currie initiated the coaching search.

From that point on, on a scale of 1 to 10 of possible outcomes, I'd have to rate "Gruden named head coach" a 10, Patterson or Peterson a 9, sprinkle in several 8s, 7s, and 6s, and then things start looking dark.

We're down around the 2-4 level right now, and the only reason it's not a 1 is because there might be some long term benefit to these efforts.

So no, I do not feel that we've "won every battle." I feel that we're trying to get a little chicken salad out of a chicken **** circumstance.

Don't let me rain on the victory parade, though. :hi:

for me, this has been brewing since the day dooley was hired. then butch, along with some swings and misses in basketball (men's and women's) and then into this "search".

they've been feeding us crap sandwiches. we've been eating them up. but now, we've come to a place where we're not gonna take it anymore!!!

Email? Okay, sure. Posting to the Facebook/Twitter pages? What law covers that?

If you illegally obtain information, then posting it publicly is also illegal. It is very easy to see what someone has been emailing, but illegal to view or harvest it. Even worse if you post it online.

Yes, that person would be a VN hero, but he would also need lawyers and bail money and lots of other stuff.

EDIT: it's illegal to do without their permission or a warrant or some written documentation from legal/HR that tells you it's OK.

So if your incorrect we can send the search party after you?

Well, I have spent an obscene amount of time tweeting today. I’m starting to worry my husband is going to fire me. At points I was close to dropping into the fetal position. So, I rallied and tweeted some more. I’m pretty sure GV was concerned about the number of tweets I was putting out there. But no one has blocked me yet so that’s a good thing. Shout out to all my new twitter friends.

I’m just short of thinking I have an addiction problem. Hope we get Gruden. Cheers.

I'm one of your new Twitter friends @preemptivestrike. you did a fantastic Twitter job today. My wife understands. Gives her more time to watch Netflix.

Sorry, I meant going back to someone that controls the Twitter/Facebook accounts posting to those sites spilling the beans on Gruden, Haslam, etc. then locking the account and walking out. Without using any email information.

Sara Clark on site in Ktown blocking Currie from the next crappy guy up for hire!

I understand your frustrations completely. I’ll address this once because I don’t want this to spiral and distract us. What’s done is done.

This has gone completely sideways on us. In the beginning, the belief was, everything was kosher and going to planned. A few, took it on their own accord to get in contact with some candidates they had a relationship with and for the most part, it seemed like everyone was ok with this.

Well, the only way I can rationalize what I’m about to say (and excuse me for being blunt is) “someone” or “some people” got *utt hurt that this happened without their blessing and didn’t invite “them” to the party, so to speak.

I’m not going to go into great detail what happened next because I don’t have enough time... I could write a book on it. The short story is, we were all taken off guard and surprised. The reason Bev didn’t sign off is because Bev wasn’t even in the loupe. It was rushed in order to try and get it done quickly, so there could be no objections.

Thankfully, someone close to Currie did, in fact, leak what was happening. If it weren’t for him/ her, this deal would have been done and Schiano would have been trotted out to EVERYONES surprise.

So there you have it. I know this doesn’t come as a surprise. Of course, like you said, this is purely from my perspective. I’m not going to comment on it anymore. We have more important things to focus our energy on, but we have won every battle since this all went down.
